CURRENT COVID RULES
All clients are asked to wear a face-covering on arrival at the clinic unless you are unable to do so because of a medical condition. Please could you let me know prior to your appointment if this applies to you.
Could I ask that all clients to reschedule their appointment if any Covid 19 symptoms are present. (New and continuous cough - high temperature - loss of taste or smell.)
On arrival at the clinic, you will be asked to have your temperature taken by a digital thermometer.
The clinic is being fogged daily with an antiviral solution for your safety, and in between clients the room is being refreshed with enhanced cleaning of door handles, bathroom facilities, etc.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
All clients will be asked to complete a Covid questionnaire prior to appointment, ideally by email or if not possible, then the therapist will ask questions verbally over the telephone.
All clients are asked to pay for their treatment in full prior to the appointment where at all possible. Payment links will be sent out by text, email.
Any changes to the booking date and time must be notified 48 hours prior otherwise 50 % of the treatment cost will be charged. Any cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours will be charged in full to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding
ARRIVAL – Covid 19
Please ring the bell, (can be found to the left of the front door), to be welcomed in. The entrance door will be open, but the door into the clinic will be locked.
